Hi,

Just want to inquire regarding the issue noted in resetting user's password using Lotus ID vault.

I was able to setup the Lotus Vault ID but when I tried this function I got this error "Could not find name/domino server name in Notes ID vault /Domino server name".

I'm not sure if I configured the ID vault properly but what I did is just follow the wizard in configuring the vault id. I also go through with some vault id documentation and just want to clarify some few items.

1. Is all ID files will be automatically copied to ID vault folder assuming that all id files are stored in a separate folder and the vault id is configured in a different location?

2. If the id files are automatically transferred to vault id from its original location, what is time frame to complete this process? can i manually trigger this process?

3. Do I need to define a policy to make id vault working? I read some of the wiki notes stating that a policy is needed to make this thing working. Or can you provide a url for the step-by-step procedure on how to create a policy? Apologize for this inconvenience since I'm just new to this vault id feature
